Rashmi Dixit is a seasoned leadership development expert, ICF-certified PCC coach, and mentor with over 15 years of experience empowering individuals and organizations to thrive. As the founder and principal of The Hive Consultants, Rashmi specializes in designing and delivering transformative leadership programs, DEIB training, and organizational development strategies across sectors, including government, corporate, higher education, and non-profits. Her multicultural career spans roles at Colgate-Palmolive, where she cultivated a passion for the people side of business, to her work with global organizations like Nike, Schneider Electric, and John Deere, fostering inclusive and high-performing workplaces. A dynamic facilitator and thought leader, Rashmi leverages tools like the Hogan Assessment and Appreciative Inquiry to inspire clarity, purpose, and psychological safety in leadership. She is a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, partnering exclusively with minority-owned businesses and prioritizing culturally sensitive approaches. Rashmi’s work reflects her dedication to aligning values, building trust, and creating sustainable organizational impact.
Quinn Edwards

Quinn Edwards is the administrative assistant for Lisa Jiménez Associates, bringing a wealth of experience in organization, technology, and creative problem-solving. With a background in science education, web design, and operations management, Quinn approaches every project with a blend of analytical precision and artistic creativity.
Before transitioning to her current role, Quinn spent twelve years as a middle school science teacher. During her time teaching in the Boston metro area, she worked closely with the METCO program, tutoring and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds to ensure their success in their new home schools. As a teacher, Quinn mastered the art of learning new technologies and managing complex workflows. This foundation, combined with her time working in research labs, has shaped her ability to handle intricate projects with care and efficiency.
In addition to supporting Lisa Jimenez Associates’ mission of advancing social justice, Quinn offers web design and administrative services to socially conscious businesses. She specializes in creating visually compelling websites and streamlining operations that amplify marginalized voices and communities driving change.
Quinn holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in marine science and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in anthropology from the University of Maine. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Monmouth University.
Dr. London Moore

Dr. London Moore is a passionate teacher, coach, leader, and researcher. She has done extensive work in teacher and leader development, culturally relevant pedagogy, executive coaching, diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice work, business development, and student-centered learning. She has a host of expertise in professional development, organizational strategy and management, leadership coaching, teaching and learning, curriculum and assessment and education research. Dr. Moore is the Senior Director of Schools for Nova Pioneer in East Africa. She has the privilege of supporting, coaching, and developing Nova’s School Leaders as well as leading the Kenya regional leadership team. Nova Pioneer is on a mission to develop the next generation of innovators and leaders that will shape this next African century.
Dr. Moore is the Founder and CEO of London Moore and Associates Consulting (LMAC) group. LMAC is a boutique global consulting group with senior team members rooted and based in the global south. LMAC’s team members span across Africa, Latin America, South Asia, the UK and US. Collectively, the team is passionate about and has expertise in social impact and philanthropy, grantmaking and investment, education and climate change, law and HR, non-profit and business development, public policy and governments.
Dr. Moore attended Tufts University where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Louisiana State University as well as her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction.
